Forgetfulness in Children
Many of our children suffer from forgetfulness, which negatively affects their educational and academic performance. However, there are causes behind this problem; if we recognize and understand them, we will be able to solve it.
Causes of forgetfulness in children:

Lack of focus: During studying or due to the similarity of information.

Malnutrition: A deficiency in Omega-3, iron, potassium, sulfur, phosphorus, salts, and vitamins such as A, B, and E.

Obesity.

Excessive television watching.

Lack of security and trust: Feeling anxious or not trusting those around them.

Brain injuries and tumors: Which may cause memory weakness and forgetfulness.

Rote memorization: Depending on memorizing without understanding during study.

Physical illness: Suffering from conditions such as colds, high fever, colic, and headaches.

Hunger and physical exhaustion.
