Excessive Nervousness

A nervous person cannot control their emotions, but if they understand the cause of their irritability, they will be able to limit it significantly. Therefore, here are the causes of excessive nervousness:

  2. Exposure to psychological problems: Including insomnia, anxiety, depression, loneliness, deprivation, and life pressures.

  3. Work problems: Daily routine and pressures due to various social issues.

  4. Incurable diseases: Being diagnosed with an incurable illness can cause a person to become very irritable and highly nervous.

  5. Hormonal changes in women: During menstruation and pregnancy, a woman may experience nervousness due to hormonal changes in the body.

  6. Fear: When feeling afraid, the body secretes adrenaline, which leads to nervousness and quick emotional reactions.

  7. Hypoglycemia: Low blood sugar can increase nervousness and tension in many people.

  8. Emotional problems: Fighting between spouses increases depression and nervousness; it also affects children and causes them psychological disorders.

  9. Hyperthyroidism: Increased secretion by the thyroid gland in the body increases nervousness and irritability.
