Reasons for Quarreling Among Children
When our children fight with each other, we rush to discipline each of them without thinking about the reasons behind their quarrel. Some of these reasons include:
1- The child’s feeling of neglect, which pushes them to seek a way to attract their parents’ attention.
2- The child’s desire for self-actualization.
3- Competition for parental love.
4- The parents’ failure to be fair and just between their children.
5- Punishing the child without explaining the reasons, which pushes them to take revenge on others.
6- Emotional dryness.
7- Selfishness, and here the role of the parents is to refine the child’s traits to align with religious law.
