As part of the Acceptable Use Policy of the  Ihab Majid Academy , you agree not to use the information, services, or any other part of the platform to take any action or actions that would:

1. Damage Reputation:  Conflict with the public image, goodwill, or reputation of Ihab Majid Academy.
2. Promote Illegal Activity:  Promote any illegal activity or content, including but not limited to child or animal abuse, violence, illegal drug use, and underage drinking.
3. Violate Intellectual Property:  Infringe upon copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights belonging to us or other companies.
4. Imply Endorsement:  Share, explicitly or implicitly, any of your data, activities, or motives as being endorsed by us without our prior written consent in each case.
5. Violate Laws: Breach any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation in the country, or encourage behavior that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
6. Harmful Content:  Be defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or obscene.
7. Unauthorized Disclosure: Send any trade secret or other non-public information about any person, company, or entity without permission.
8. Restricted Access/Modification:  Restrict or prevent any other visitor from using the Ihab Majid Academy platform, including, but not limited to, “hacking” or defacing any part of the platform, or modifying, altering, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform.
9. Remove Notices:  Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained within the platform.
10. Commercial Exploitation: Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or convey any rights under the terms to any third party, or otherwise commercially exploit or profit from the information or content of the Ihab Majid Academy platform, except as expressly permitted.
11. Unauthorized Copying: “Print” or “copy” any part of the platform without our prior written permission.
12. Malicious Software:  Distribute any virus, worm, or any similar harmful files, scripts, or programs.
13. Service Interference:  Interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent to cause an excessive or disproportionate load on the infrastructure of Ihab Majid Academy, its licensors, or its suppliers.
14. Spamming:  Involve the creation or distribution of junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other bulk commercial emails, or violate the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 or equivalent foreign laws.
15. Automated Tools:  Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or any other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, or “data mine” the platform, or circumvent the navigational structure or security measures of the platform.
16. Identity Forgery:  Forge headers or identities, or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any transmission.
17. Network Monitoring:  Execute any form of network monitoring or run a network analyzer/packet sniffer to intercept, decode, or extract data not intended for you, or harvest information about visitors or members without their express consent.
18. Third-Party Likeness:  Contain any reference to or likeness of specific third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals (and their parents/legal guardians if they are minors).
