• 14-Day Standard Return: You have 14 days to return purchased products after receipt. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount credited to your customer account, or you can initiate the process by calling the customer service number or contacting us via email.

  • 30-Day Defective/Incorrect Item Return: If the item is defective, not working properly, does not match the website description, is counterfeit, or was received damaged due to shipping, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt for free. The value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 working days.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Original Condition: Ensure all accessories and labels are intact. The product must be in its original packaging as received.

    • Factory Seal: For exchanges within the first 14 days, the packaging must still be factory-sealed.

    • Inclusions: All promotional gifts or exceptional accessories included with the product must also be returned.

    • Security & Passwords: If you created a password for a device you wish to return, you must remove it. Failure to do so will prevent the return request from being processed correctly. This applies to products with manufacturing defects returned within 30 days, provided they include all original components, labels, and packaging in sound condition.
