There are many indicators of learning disabilities that can be observed in your child so that you can take the necessary measures before the condition progresses. Among these indicators:

• Failure in the ability to discriminate: The child’s inability to distinguish shapes such as squares, circles, and triangles. This may later affect the child’s learning of alphabets and numbers.

• Failure in visual-motor coordination: This is the first thing parents notice at an early age while the child deals with papers and pens, and it is considered an obstacle later in learning to write.

• Failure in visual and auditory recall: This is evidence of a lack of attention and poor focus in the child.

• Hyperactivity: Excessive physical activity in children constitutes an obstacle to their ability to focus and pay attention, and the inability to achieve academic success.
